1. TEACHERS’ CLUB
The Mozart Network for teachers
Many OPEN YOUR EARS! projects from the Mozarteum Foundation Salzburg are aimed at school classes in Salzburg and the surrounding area. Close collaboration with teachers is key to the success of our projects. This is why the Teachers’ Club was founded at the start of OPEN YOUR EARS! in 2008 as a platform for mutual communication and the exchange of ideas.
2. PRACITCAL LEARNING
Study on the quality of the concert-based education work of orchestras and concert houses
Orchestras and concert houses have recognized the vital importance of music education work. Such work has now become an established feature of the European and international musical landscape. While multifaceted programs have been established, discussions have been taking place for some time among experts on the quality of musical education and concert education work with the aim of improving projects for children and young people and extending cooperation at an international level. However, an informative expert assessment has been lacking to date.
