ACADEMY FOR MOZART RESEARCH

Since 1931, the Academy for Mozart Research supports and advises the Mozarteum Foundation Salzburg in academic affairs (1931-2004: Zentralinstitut für Mozartforschung). The world’s leading Mozart scholars count among its members. The Academy, under the direction of Professor Dr. Manfred Hermann Schmid (Tübingen) since 2010, regularly hosts international Mozart conferences, publishes the Mozart-Jahrbuch and is recognized as a leading authority and forum for Mozart research.
