The night before the premiere: Wolfgang Amadé has until morning to put the overture to his opera *Don Giovanni* down on paper. Amidst steaming coffee, brief yoga breaks and sheets of music flying about, a frantic night-time race against time unfolds. With boundless enthusiasm, the accio piano trio comes to the composer’s aid. Inspired by a traditional anecdote and told with plenty of humour, the concert explores the magic of composition.
