Welcome to Mozart’s World – the new, opulent cultural education programme for everyone!
Mozart’s World – this is the name of the newly designed, even more extensive cultural education programme of the International Mozarteum Foundation, which in the coming 2023/24 season will be as diverse as the great composer himself. Packed with around 110 events, concerts, workshops and guided tours, Mozart World illuminates the music, life, personality, environment and the times in which the great composer lived, bringing the genius and his creativity to life and making it tangible. Mozart’s World is open to everyone interested in music, from Mozart beginners to Mozart connoisseurs, from 0 to 99 years old, whether toddler or kindergarten groups, school classes, children and young people, families, visitor groups or individual visitors – there is something for everyone all year round.

CULTURAL EDUCATION TEAM
We are over 30 passionate Mozart lovers aged between 19 and 71. We come from 11 different nations, speak German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Ukrainian, Greek, Turkish, Farsi and communicate in sign language. Among us are museum and music educators, art historians and historians, stage designers, dance educators, music and communication scholars, cultural managers, educators and elementary educators, linguists, authors, interpreters, teachers and university professors, pianists, violists, enthusiastic musicians, composers and songwriters. Between us, we hold over 30 academic titles and have worked in arts and cultural institutions around the world.
Here in Salzburg, we are united by our enthusiasm for Wolfgang Amadé, which we want to pass on to you. We have been at your service since 1880 and now 365 days a year. Every year we guide over 4,000 children, young people, families, adults and people with special needs through our museums and welcome over 4,500 visitors to our children’s and family concerts and music workshops. In addition, there are over 200 school classes from all over the world to whom we are privileged to show the original settings year after year.
We are the education team of the International Mozarteum Foundation and bring Mozart’s time and music to life for you. We open up diverse insights into the cosmos of the greatest musical genius of all time.
