Semi-staged performance in Italian with German & English supertitles
After Le nozze di Figaro (2020) and Don Giovanni (2023) Rolando Villazón, Artistic Director of the Mozart Week, completes the Mozart/Da Ponte trilogy with Così fan tutte in a semi-staged version of the dramma giocoso during the Mozart Week 2027. He has engaged not only Mozart specialist Ivor Bolton for this operatic highlight and the renowned Camerata Salzburg, which in 2027 celebrates the 75th anniversary of its founding, but also an outstanding cast of singers headed by Thomas Hampson.
