Quartets
Two ensembles – alumni of the Mozart Children’s Orchestra and members of the Orquesta Iberacademy Medellín – will each perform a Mozart quartet. Different approaches to interpretation will be examined in an informal discussion. The diverse musical traditions of the ensembles will provide plenty of opportunity for debate about tempo, articulation and phrasing, dynamics, and expression, offering all the participants new food for thought.
