The construction of the new Grand Foyer is progressing with great strides: In the meantime, the steel girders for the first floor, which were manufactured in South Tyrol, have been installed and the steel girders for the top floor have been delivered. The new toilets in the basement and the shaft for the elevator, which will provide barrier-free access to all concert halls, have also been completed. Work is also currently underway on the transitions between the two wings of the building and on the artists’ dressing rooms.
